Fishes and Shellfishes
The gastromy’s base in this town is founded on fish and shellfish basically.
Talking about shellfishes, are known all around the world the sea ox, the lobster, the large crab, the necora, the lubrigante, the barnacles, the vieira, but we musn’t forget the longueirón, typical product of this town, very abundant and with a superior quality.
As for the fish, the custom is to do it boiled, grilled or barbequed: Boiled fish is done at caldeirada con allo, or at gallega style. These are dishes fo superior quality and very tasteful.
We can stand out inside the Fisterra gastronomy, to pie, as all around Galicia.
